A Chewy Christmas at Mrs Fields Singapore ! We are having some really lovely decorated cookies and that are fresh and chewy.. its soooo good !

8 Mrs. Fields semi-sweet cookies, half liter ice cream

Spread ice cream onto 4 cookies.
Top with a second cookie and press the two halves together to push the ice cream slightly beyond the edges of the cookies.
Roll the edges of the ice cream sandwiches in the choc chips to coat them and to even out the edges of the sandwich.
Wrap each sandwich tightly in plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
About 4 hours.
Mrs Fields at Cineleisure
Yesterday I went to Mrs Fields at Cineleisure and realised they have added the drinks bar as well as opened up a side counter to display boxes and gift tins. Well, in case you didn’t know, we are in the midst of renovations to make the stores look nicer and more inviting to everyone! Definitely, that’s not going to be an easy task, so do check back here for more stories on our store updates..
And since I was there, I took some quick snapshots of the cakeys. Yup, we do customize messages and drawings on these cookie cakes. These are really safe messages shown above, trust me, there have been others…
